Dormouse Ecology and Conservation Training Course

Monday 7th, 14th & 21st March 2022 7.00pm — 9.00pm Via MS Teams

The course, which is split over 3 evenings, is ideal for those with either a general interest in Dormice or those looking to work towards their Dormouse Handling License. The course will include an introduction to relevant legislation, dormouse identification and life cycles as well as survey techniques, including dormouse nest identification and feeding signs, as well as methods used underthe National Dormouse Monitoring Programme. The course will also look at dormouse conservation and practical habitat management techniques.
